 I work directly with teams and individuals in an open and honest way, acting as the link between the business and technology teams, developing leaders at all levels within the organisation and ensuring changes are embedded and scalable. I work with businesses of c. 20-100+ people who are on a journey to rapidly grow but need help to put in place the fundamental building blocks that will get them there, and in doing so help create a successfully scaling business.
